We do this by providing services from complete program and project management to specific specialties on a project-by-project basis. The services we provide include cost estimating, scheduling, project controls, project inspection and project management services. Construction Project Administration and Management
Prodims understands construction management and the role of being the owner’s advocate through implementing and maintaining a team approach. We implement effective project controls systems and procedures from the outset that match the project construction operations and communications. Our focus is on clear, effective communication and inclusive planning which promotes collaboration among all team members and encourages buy-in of all parties involved. Our proactive construction management approach helps us to minimize delays in project completion, cost overruns, and quality defects.

Construction Inspection
As part of the full range of project and construction management services, Prodims can provide quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) services on an ongoing sustained level, or for on-site, short term immediate bases. Prodims can expand our QA/QC services with a battery of quality control activities, including hands-on monitoring, inspection, and reporting to ensure that standards are being met.
Prodims staff is skilled in establishing quality assurance plans and procedures at the program level that sustain multiple projects within a program. These program level plans set the performance standards and methods for measuring, evaluating, auditing, and reporting performance.
Scheduling Development and Analysis
Prodims provides scheduling development and analysis services from the program to the project level. Our experience in both agency construction and program management from a high-level planning perspective to a detailed sequencing of activities is representative of hard-money marketplace, and with an unparalleled perspective on all schedule issues from submittals and procurement through construction, facility testing and start-up, we understand that scheduling provides the critical communication and planning tools used in managing a project to success. By focusing on planning before construction, clients who use scheduling technologies are better able to anticipate and mitigate problems later in the project life cycle, make adjustments, and retain overall project value. Our schedulers can analyze and model all project phase elements from feasibility through design, construction, close-out, and startup. We are well-versed in various scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Primavera Project Planner, Suretrak, MS Project, and Expedition.
Prodims schedulers develop and maintain a Master Schedule as part of the overall construction management effort for all activities that are planned during the construction phase. Our schedulers incorporate the Contractor’s Schedule into the master schedule and/or manage directly from the schedule submitted in conformance with the contract requirements. All project phases and critical milestones are enumerated, and a Project Management Plan is created that clearly stipulates the responsibilities that each entity has with respect to periodic status reporting. Our schedulers make sure that the schedule is reasonable, contains a uniform level of detail, and meets specific goals.

Cost Estimating Services
Prodims’ estimating staff has a methodology of communication, technical resources, and analytical thinking shaped by experience to develop your project in terms of cost. From project concept/feasibility through change orders, we can produce the estimates to meet the need. We can provide independent cost estimates for owners/architects to compare with contractor estimates. We can review estimates produced by the A/E team for the owner to confirm that project scope is reflected in the estimate.
